Denise Louise Coen

Denise Louise Coen, 56, of Renfrew, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2026. She was taken from us far too soon, leaving behind a hole in the hearts of all who were blessed to know and love her.

Born on June 23, 1969, Denise was the beloved daughter of Kathleen and Edward Zoldos. She grew into a woman of warmth, grace, and quiet devotion - a loyal friend, a cherished sister, and a loving wife.

Denise is survived by her loving husband, Rex Coen, who was the center of her world. She found great joy in the simple pleasures of life - tending to her garden, losing herself in a good book, creating a beautiful home, and doting on her beloved dogs, who were as much family to her as anyone.

She is also survived by her siblings: Raymond Zoldos (Kim), Monica Niedermeyer (Joe), Kelly Colwell (Greg), and John Zoldos (Linda), as well as many adoring nieces and nephews who will carry her memory with them always.

Denise will be deeply missed and will remain in our hearts forever.

Family will welcome friends on Sunday, March 8th from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Schellhaas & Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 1600 Stone Mansion Drive, Sewickley, PA 15143 (Franklin Park/Sewickley). Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, March 9th at 10:00 a.m. in St. Alphonsus Church of Saint Aiden Parish, 221 Church Road, Wexford, PA 15090.
