Dennis Ray Adamson, 61 of Rex, passed away on December 14, 2023. He was on born September 21, 1962, in Mountain View, GA. He is preceded in death by his parents Reese G. Adamson and Jewel M. Adamson, as well as by his brother Joel Adamson.
He is survived by his children; daughter, Marie Lovern (Brady) & son, Ray Adamson (Mandie); grandchildren, Mason Lovern, Riley Lovern, and Avery Adamson; sister, Susan Jackson (Jay), and brothers, David Adamson (Sherry), and Alan Adamson; aunt, Barbara Culps, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved being at the beach, riding motorcycles, playing cards, and singing. Enjoyed traveling and pursued a career driving a truck.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 19 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral services for Dennis Adamson will be Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Thomas Scroggs Funeral Home in Morrow. Pastor Archie Norman will officiate. Internment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that a donation be made to Sacred Journey Hospice, 138 Peach Drive, McDonough, GA 30253.
