Dennis Davis Obituary
Dennis Lee Davis, 74, of Eustis, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022. Born in Piedmont, Missouri, he moved to Eustis in 1960's from Missouri. He worked in pest control most of his life. He started his career with Greyhound Pest Control of Eustis and later partnered with Lakeview Terrace, Altoona to found Classic Pest Control. After he sold that company, he founded Alliance Pest Management of Tavares which he owned & operated to the present day. When Dennis wasn't working, he spent countless hours with his church, First Church of God, Eustis and Gideons International. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time at his hunt camp in Georgia. Dennis is survived by his 2 sons, Stephen Davis, Eustis, FL, Timothy Davis, Eustis, FL; brother, Robert Davis, Tavares, FL; sister, Sandra Montgomery, Poplar Bluff, MO; grandchild, Mia Reus; great-grandchildren, Elana Jo Williams, Issac Michael Williams, Willow Ivy Grace Williams. Services will be held at First Church of God, Eustis on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Gideons International (for Bibles), P.O. I am sad. Dennis and Theresa were my next door neighbors in North Carolina. They were, hands down, the best neighbors anyone could have. Dennis was always in good humor. I never heard him say an unkind word about anyone. He was positive and forthright, and a pleasure to talk with and to be around. I miss him, and I will always miss him. A good good fellow gone. My sincere condolences go to all the family. If there is anything I can do here on the NC end, just call.
