Dennis was born in Monroe, MI to James and Joan Dussia on August 28, 1961. He went to school at Monroe High School. He married Cindy on July 31, 1986 in Toledo, OH. He worked as a production supervisor for Martin Marietta for 15 years. He served in the Navy. He was proudly involved in the Whiteland Church of Christ. He enjoyed woodworking projects and spending time with his grandchildren.
Dennis was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Dussia.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Cindy; his children, Julie (Kevin) Dods, Jill (Travis) Wasson, and Dustin Dussia; sisters, Marsha (Daniel) Burkett and Terry (Ronald) Fruchey; brothers, Nick (Marlene) Dussia and Mark (Tracie) Dussia; his father, James Dussia, and his grandchildren, Joshua Dods, Blake and Chloe Wasson, and Ava Dussia.
Memorial contributions may be given to Whiteland Church of Christ, located at 625 W 600 N, Whiteland, IN 46184.
The family of Dennis wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Pastor Ronnie Hewitt and everyone at Whiteland Church of Christ.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 1:00pm at Jessen Funeral Home & Simple Cremation ~ Whiteland Chapel with visitation from 11:00am until the funeral hour. Pastor Ronnie will officiate. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Indiana.
