DENNIS C. HAMDEN, age 61 of Flint, died on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at McLaren-Flint. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. His memorial service will be held at Noon on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Victory Baptist Church, 2378 Center Rd., Burton, MI 48509, with Pastor Andy Auclair officiating. The family will receive visitors on Friday, October 28, 2022 at the church from 9AM until the time of his service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Dennis was born in Flint on October 27, 1960 to Henry and Nadine Hamden. He played on an APA 8-ball and 9-ball pool team and enjoyed hockey, football, and fishing. His favorite thing was being called "Grandpa." Dennis is survived by his wife, Tonie; children: Craig (Miranda) Hamden and Chad (Genevieve) Hamden; grandchildren: Lorenzo, Lance, Carlie, Taya, Skyler, Rylan, Trenton, Marlie, Jacob, Haden, Savannah, Isabella, Samantha and Ryan; great grandchildren: Evelyn and Karson; mother, Nadine; and siblings: Mike Duane, Kevin, Debby, and Jeff.
