Dennis Keane

Dennis Keane – Age 78, husband of the late Paula (Strapp) Keane died Thursday, March 16 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH with his family at his side.
He was born in Waltham, December 9, 1944 a son of the late Cornelius and Ellen (Foy) Keane and was raised in Brighton before living in Billerica for many years and most recently lived in Nashua, NH.
Dennis was employed as a Salesman for the former Parker-Danner in Burlington for many years before his retirement. During his retirement, Dennis enjoyed working at Ideal Vending with his good friend David. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and vacationing on Cape Cod and was an avid lover of classic cars.
He is survived by his son Dennis Keane of Merrimack, NH; his daughters, Michele Hamilton of West Paris, ME, Sharon Shea and her husband John of Westford, Stacey Gerossie and Janet Keane of Nashua, NH and is also survive by seven grandchildren, John and his wife Kate, Nicole, Jenna, Michael, Andrew, Cameron and Eli and two great grandchildren, John and Mac. He was the brother of the late Cornelius and John Keane.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 22, at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. A graveside service will be held at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Community Hospice House, www.hhhc.org
