Dennis Lindinger

Dennis A. Lindinger, age 74, of Chesterfield Twp, passed away on June 3, 2023. He was born on February 25, 1949, in Detroit.
Dennis married his middle school sweetheart, Janet K. Liss, who he shared 55 years of marriage with. He was honorably discharged from the Army after being drafted into the Vietnam War. Upon his return home, he picked up where he left off in the restaurant business where his career brought him to the Kingsley Inn as the Executive Chef. While there, he was proud to be selected as one of 60 restaurants from across the country to prepare food at both Ronald Reagan's inaugurations as part of the Taste of America. Through his middle years, he and his wife loved to dance, sing karaoke, and participate in Corvette culture with their three Corvettes.
He is survived by his wife Janet, son, Dennis (Erika) Lindinger, grandchildren; Denny, Sarah, Nicholas, Lauren, and Leah, brother, Dale (Connie) Lindinger, sister, Rita (Al) Stewart and, step mother Yvette Hilliker.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold and mother, Mona Lee (Brown).
Inurnment will take place on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 10:30am at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
