Denny got to drive my new car even before me. Now that's a close friend. He is definitely missed.

I was so saddened to hear of cousin Denny´s passing. My heart goes out to Maria, Peggy, Mike, Patty and Marley. You are all in my thoughts. I spent this past weekend reflecting on the time that Denny (just a teenager at the time) saved my little brother´s life. Bob and Peggy had a pool at their home and my family spent many summer days there. During one visit, everyone was in the house (for lunch perhaps?) and someone looked out and saw that my toddler brother had fallen into the pool. As everyone screamed, Denny was out the door and in the pool like a shot. He was able to grab my brother out of the water and laid safely at the side of the pool. I don´t recall if mouth to mouth resuscitation was required, but I remember my baby brother coughing and sputtering water to everyone´s immeasurable relief. It was a terrifying incident that left an impression on me. All was good in the end, thanks to Denny´s quick action, but things could´ve ended very differently that day. I´m forever grateful dear cousin. Rest easy now. Your memory lives on.

I purposely put a few typos in the posting prior, knowing Dennis would have pleasure in correcting those. We need to put a smile on his face, that will do it. Dennis at my wedding 42 years ago. He hasn't changed at all in all these years. Dennis far left.

Denny and I have been friends for over 45 years. Loosing him is like loosing a part of me. When I bought my Ferrari 2 years ago Denny I gave him the keys before I even sat in the car and said have fun. We'll he did.
I trusted him with my live. He will always be on our memories.
I'm sure he is teaching his new friends in heaven how to detail and drive there cars. He will be missed but never forgotten.
