Special thanks to DaVita Dialysis, especially Consuela, Jose, and Olivia who were very kind and attentive; and to the Liquid Gold bandmates for their friendship and help, and for walking with Mole over the years. Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
