Mr Dennis William Stepke, age 80, passed away Friday, March 31, 2023. He was born in Grand Rapids, MI on December 15, 1942 to Joseph & Lucille (Maurice) Stepke and later attended Michigan State University. He married the former Bonnie Dickerson-Doran on August 24, 2013. Mr Stepke started out as a Surveyor in Wyoming, MI and then worked as a City Manager for East Jordan, MI, Apex, North Carolina and then for North Muskegon retiring after 34 years. Dennis was a member of Northside Lions and enjoyed golfing, rock hunting, and loved his dogs. He was very involved with local sports, he coached basketball, baseball, and often refereed high school sports.

wife, Bonnie Stepke; daughter, Lisa (Bill) Sias. step-children, Sheree (Tom) Lane, Tami Wilson, Mark (Becky) Wilson, Lindsay Hartman, Daniel Hartman; grandchildren, Emma (Isaiah) Nail, Justin Stepke, Angie (Matt) Stockton, Ally Pearsall, Austin Lane, Matthew (Emilee) Wilson, Sean Wilson, Ryan (Jessica) Wilson, Colin Wilson, Ashley Wilson, Taya Scraver, Eli Scraver; great-grandchildren, Landon, Scarlett and Theoden; sister, Mary (David) Sherman. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Greg Stepke; step-son, Mark Wilson.
SERVICE
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April, 12, 2023 at 11:00 am at Community United Methodist Church in North Muskegon, MI with Rev. Robert Balnchard officiating. VISITATION: One hour prior to the service at the church. MEMORIAL: Noah Project. Please visit www.clockfuneralhome.com to leave a memory or sign the online guestbook.
