Denzil Haskins Obituary

He was born October 31, 1936 in Theodosia, Missouri, he also lived in Ava before moving to Kansas City as a teenager to begin his working life.
He spent most of his career as a printing pressman, and for several years, he also drove a truck on the road.
Denzil was a man of immense humor and wisdom - a pillar of strength and a beacon of love. He loved Jesus and was a devoted Christian. His passion for woodworking and storytelling was well known. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and always made time to teach his children and grandchildren the importance of integrity and hard work.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 70 years, Donna; his children, Debbie Rambo and her husband Jeff, and Dennis Haskins and his wife Rhonda; five grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and three sisters.
No service is planned.
