It is with profound sadness and our deepest regret we share the heartbreaking loss of our Beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister, Niece, Cousin and Friend Desiree Marie McLaughlin.
Desiree Marie made her journey across the Milky Way on Christmas Eve, (Her Favorite Holiday) December 24th, 2025, at 3:01 p.m.
Born on August 02, 1989, Desiree was the second to the oldest daughter of Gerald McLaughlin and the late Nadine Morrison.
Dez was a Beautiful light in this world and truly One of a Kind. She was the most kind, thoughtful, caring person and she had an enormous heart. She loved loudly, and absolutely adored her three children Theodore Louis, Elijah Chase and Myla James.
She left a lasting impact on every person that has ever crossed her path. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, her contagious laugh and her ability to make you smile in the best and worst of times.
Her kindness, her strength, her perseverance during trying times, her love for others in need of help, her loyalty to her family and friends, and her love for her children will all be deeply missed.
Your generosity and kindness mean more than we can ever say. We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, calls, messages, and support that we have received. It is overwhelming and we take comfort in the fact knowing Dez was so genuinely loved and cared for.
Please continue to keep our family, and especially Dez's children, in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this unimaginable loss. Thank you!
