Celebrating the life of
Destiny Christian-Rose Hopper
She graduated from Lincoln Academy in April of 2013.
Destiny went to be with the Lord on May 5, 2025.
Destiny had a way of cutting through the issues to solve a problem. She was a gentle soul who always looked for the good in others. She lit up every room with her presence. She was a beloved widow, mother, aunt, cousin and daughter. She was an independent stylist. Constantly striving to make the world a better place. Her being on earth made a positive difference in the world.
Destiny is survived by 2 sons, Sterling Thomas Hopper-Adkisson and one adopted son; mother, Terri Adkisson and step-dad, Rocky Adkisson; grandparents, Tom and Martha Hopper; aunts and Uncles Jerry and Gena Cathey, Rhonda Hanes. Closest cousins Michael and Brittany Cathey, Darian Bryce Hanes, and Cierra Brassell, Megan and John Gann. Along with many others. Great Aunts and Uncles Dale and Dorris Hopper (Deanna and David Hopper) Joe and Carol Hopper (Jennifer Wannamaker and David Hopper) Anthony and Melinda Hopper (Sara and Pearl Colleen Hopper)
Destiny was preceded in death by grandparents, Nona Yates and George Hanes. Great Grandparents James Otis and Malverie Mae Spencer, Jenny Mae and Ed Mencer. Etc.
