DeVaughn Jones, 92, of McCaysville, Georgia, passed away on November 20, 2025. He was born on May 18, 1933, in Turtletown, TN, to the late Allen and Edith Jones.
He spent his career as a dedicated welder at the Tennessee Copper Company, where his craftsmanship and strong work ethic made a lasting impression on those who knew him. He was a cherished individual who touched the lives of many.
He is survived by his wife Willina Mae Jones, and many other family and friends. His family and friends will always carry his memories in their hearts.
He is preceded in death by his parents Allen and Edith Jones.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
As we remember DeVaughn Jones, let us celebrate his life, the joy he brought, and the meaningful moments he gave to others. He will be missed dearly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
