He was born in Waycross to Dewey Randy Howell and Rhonda Lynn Morrow. He was a roofing contractor with Howell Roofing Company and in his spare time he loved to fish.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Dewey Howell and Annie Virginia Lee Howell.
He is survived by one son, Colson Howell of Brunswick; his father, Randy Howell (wife Marsha) of Blackshear; his mother, Rhonda Morrow of Waycross; a sister, Shelby Howell of Blackshear; two brothers, Dewey Howell (wife Pate) of Glennville, GA and Derek Howell (wife Candi) of Blackshear; and his maternal grandparents, Norma Jean Mullis of Alma and Benney Lee Morrow of Baxley.
A private graveside will be held Thursday (August 14, 2025) at Oakland Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Wednesday evening at Music Funeral Home from 5 until 7 o'clock.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations made to Bridges of Hope, 1326 Antioch Church Rd., Homerville, GA 31634.
