Devin was preceded in death by grandfather Curtiss L Owen, great grandparents, Sam and Nanny Sharpe, Deacon George E. Jones, Reggie Jennings and Uncle Bruce "BJ" Jones.
Devin is survived by his loving and devoted parents Darek and Denise Jones, his sister and best friend Deziray Olivia Jones. Devin upheld his brotherly duties to his baby brothers, Demari Curtis - Lamar Jones "Mari" and Donovan Edward Jones "Peanut"; grandparents, Melissa L Jones and Bruce Jones both of Petersburg VA, Destiny Jennings, Mark and Shirlene Wilson of Dinwiddie County VA; great grandparents, Curtiss A and Shirley Owen of Sutherland VA and Mary R. Bennett of Petersburg VA; uncles George " Junnie" Jones (Annette),Charles Jones (Oleathia), Terry Jones, Larry Jones, Veron Jefferson (Shirl), Vincent Jefferson and Larry Sharpe; great aunts, Rhonda Jones-Lambert (Wesley), Retha Bradshaw (Steve) and Marion Jones, and Debbie Long (Eddie) and a host of cousins and friends among those are Chase Vance, Kyle Martin, Brice McNew, Hanna Anello, Darren Lukowsky and Special friend Karen Garci.
As our time here is divinely calculated, our only wish as the family is that Devin were granted more with us.
Love and Remembrance service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, December 10, 2022 at the Petersburg Chapel of Bland Funeral Home, 137 Harrison St., Petersburg, VA. Bishop Ramone Johnson, eulogist.
