Devon Faulkner, age 84, of Warsaw, passed away on September 26, 2025 at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne, IN. He was born on February 15, 1941 to Raymond and Almeta Faulkner. Devon dedicated the majority of his life to his work as a pressman at R.R. Donnelly and as a polisher at Othy, where he was known for his strong leadership and commitment to excellence.
Devon was a proud graduate of Pierceton High School, Class of 1959. Devon was a man of many interests and talents. He found his greatest joy in the outdoors, often spending his days walking in the woods with his dog, casting a line while fishing, or riding his motorcycle. These were the places and moments where he felt most at home. He also enjoyed golfing, a pastime that allowed him to appreciate nature in a different way. In addition, he had a passion for woodworking. His fun sense of humor and giving heart endeared him to many.
Devon is survived by his loving wife, Linda Faulkner of Warsaw, who stood by his side through life's many adventures. He was the proud father of Vonda (Mark) Fox of Ashland, VA, and Bruce (Cheryle) Stouder of Warsaw. Devon cherished his role as a grandpa to Devin, Nicole, Crystal, Alyssa, Jamie, Chase, Conner, Olivia, and Derek, and he took great pride in being a great-grandfather to eight great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by his niece Aleta (Chauncey) Smith of Pierceton.
Devon is preceded in death by his son, Tracy Faulkner, and step-daughter, Tonya Taylor. He is also remembered by his siblings, including Mary Diane Baker, and his parents, who have all passed before him.
