Diana Rose Bencivenga

Diana Rose Bencivenga, 71, most recently of Birchez Lane, Schoharie, New York died unexpectedly Monday, April 21, 2025, at her home.
Born on April 8, 1954, Bronx, New York, she was the daughter of Salvatore and Marian Bencivenga. She was a graduate of Charlotte Valley Central School in Davenport, NY. She had been a resident of the local area since moving with her family in November 1968.
She retired from Walmart in Cobleskill.
Diana was a member of Fusion Community Church in Cobleskill.
She was very active with The Gathering Place in Cobleskill and enjoyed the friendships she made there. Diana also enjoyed cooking.
Her parents; sister, Jean; and brother, Kenneth predeceased her.
Diana is survived by her sisters, Marian Bencivenga, Lynn Marie Kleingardner, Ann Rightmyer; nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Naphtali, Jesse, Stephan, Melanie; 5 great-nieces; and 1 great-nephew.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 10:00-Noon at Fusion Community Church, 375 N. Grand Street, Cobleskill, NY 12043.
