Diana "Dee" Dycus, age 77 of Miamisburg, OH and formerly of Germantown, OH passed away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton on January 30, 2024. She was born in Dayton, OH to the late Ernest and Irene (Schwarzkof) Janka and graduated from Meadowdale High School. Dee loved her family and pets, and she enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was working in her flower garden or hiking. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Michael Dycus. She is survived by her husband Sam Dycus, her son Brian (Angela) Dycus, grandchildren Faith, Russell and Iris Dycus, granddaughter Cierra (Dustin) Camden, great grandchildren Raylan and River Camden, her sister Barbara Carey, brothers Ernest and Robert Janka, as well as numerous extended family members and friends who will miss Dee and her big smile dearly. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 2-3pm at Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home, 29 N Main St. Germantown, OH 45327, followed by a memorial service beginning at 3:00PM.
