Diana Lillian Smith, 79 of Antwerp, Ohio passed away Monday, March 2, 2026 at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
She was born in Covington, Kentucky on December 17, 1946 a daughter of the late Clarence and Shirley Hamilton. Diana had six brother and sisters.
Diana was a valued employee at Dana Corporation in Churubusco, Indiana for many years until her retirement. She was a devoted cat lover, until she learned to love her son's dog! Diana thoroughly enjoyed making blankets, both by knitting and crocheting.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Larry Smith; children, Dawn Tilkins, Annetta Woods, Paul Booker and Daniel Byrd and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Diana's arrangements are private.
