Diana Wagner, passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on June 3, 1956, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Diana had a long and fulfilling career as a school bus driver for the Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) system. Her commitment to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of countless students was a testament to her caring nature. Diana took great pride in her work, fostering connections with the children and families she served throughout her years in the profession.
Beyond her professional life, Diana was known for her vibrant personality and diverse interests. She had a profound love for all kinds of flowers, which often brightened her surroundings and those of her loved ones. Her passion for reading and listening to music provided her with joy and companionship, while her affection for animals, particularly her beloved fur baby, Heidi, reflected her nurturing character. In her younger years, Diana was also an accomplished barrel racer, showcasing her spirit of adventure and competitiveness.
Diana is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Herald, and her grandchildren, Desiree King and Isaiah Herald. They, along with many friends and acquaintances, will hold her memory dear as they remember her warmth, kindness, and zest for life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Jackson and Barbara Ball.
The legacy of Diana Wagner will continue to live on through the love she shared and the lives she touched in her community.
