Diane Abt Obituary
Diane was a 1979 graduate of Perryville High School. She worked primarily as a caregiver at Marian Cliff Manor, United Enterprises, and Life Enrichment Center. She also worked at TG Missouri.
Diane loved spending time with her family and friends and especially enjoyed her grandchildren. Diane had a beautiful soul and heart of gold. She never met a stranger and loved talking to anyone she would meet. Diane enjoyed the months of Spring and Summer most. She liked planting flowers and shopping. Diane enjoyed spoiling her family and friends with little gifts that reminded her of them. Diane especially loved God and was strong in her faith. Diane was a long time member of the Immaculate Conception Church of Saint Mary, Missouri.

Her loving Husband of 40 years, Donald Eugene Abt, Daughter, Miranda (Jeremy) Chappius, Two Granddaughters, Lyza and Lexi Chappius; Brothers-in-law, John (Helen) Abt, Charles Abt, Robert (Gail) Abt, Kenneth (Betty) Abt, Bill Abt, Larry (Joann) Abt, Ronald Huber; Sisters-in-law, Mary (Richard) Stoll, Kathy (David) Gegg, Norma (Bud) Bohnert, Patricia Jr. Lipp, Joann (Kenny) Basler, Cynthia (Jerome) Viox

Father, Bobby L. Feltz; Mother, Barbara Ann Feltz; Brothers-in-law, Gilbert Abt, Gary Abt, William Knapp; Sisters-in-law, Nowetta Abt, Gloria Jean Huber, and Janet Abt.
Visitation will be at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 9:00 am till 11:00 am.
Service will be at Basler Funeral Home on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 11:00 am.
Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Center or Feed the Children

A kind woman, a remarkable mother and wife. She was a doting grandmother and a good friend to many.
I knew her to be cheerful and giving, always looking ahead to sunnier days and happier times.
May God grant peace to the many she left behind and console them with the knowledge she was a loving daughter of the Most High.
