Diane Myatt Beasley, age 73, of Angier/McGee’s Crossroads, NC, passed away on September 29, 2025. She was born on November 2, 1951 to the late Alder and Howard Myatt of Johnston County and was raised in Willow Spring, NC.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, Oct 2, at 11:00 AM,,at Fellowship Community Church Cemetery in Angier. The Rev. Billy Cashwell will be officiating the service..
She is survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, Donnie Gale Beasley; her daughter and son-in-law, Brandi and Bryan Bonner; and two cherished granddaughters, Brylee and Braylin Bonner.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Danny Myatt and Freddie Myatt. She is survived by her brother, Rickey Myatt of Clayton and sister Jennifer Myatt Kearney and husband Gary of Raleigh and several nieces and nephews.
Her 33-year career with the NC Division of Motor Vehicles in Raleigh was marked not only by her hard work, but also by the genuine care she showed to those around her. Diane will be remembered as a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother affectionately known as ‘DD,’ as well as a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She touched many lives with her kindness and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.”
