Diane Bromley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. on Feb. 22, 2026.
Diane F. Bromley, 69, of Titusville, passed away unexpectedly Friday afternoon February 20, 2026 at the Titusville Area Hospital.

Diane was born on July 13, 1956 in Titusville, a daughter of the late Alfred and Mildred Brady Yashinski. She was married to Jon Bromley on November 26, 1974 in Titusville.

Diane was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1974. She, and her daughters, Nichole and Celeste, followed Jon's military career to Fairbanks, Alaska where she raised her daughters and was employed by the University of Alaska in the land management and legal offices. Upon their return to Titusville, she had been employed at the former Keystone Honing for 27 years.

She lived for her family and was always there for them. Her hobby was her family. She always wanted you to shine and be the center of attention. She was stronger than you thought she could be and was always where you went when you needed to know you were OK. Her pain was always quiet and she never imposed on you with any of it. She carried her burden and yours as well. She did whatever you asked and never asked for anything in return.

She especially loved reading and going to the casino. If she was playing tickets you wanted to go in with her because you always knew she was going to bring home money. Her luck was legendary. She would take you shopping for the day and on the way home buy a lottery ticket to recoup what she spent and there weren't many times that it didn't happen. She especially loved her grandkids and would tell anyone who would listen about the great accomplishments that they were making. She never played favorites but you always knew you were the favorite. She loved without limits. Moving on without her support will be the hardest thing we have to do.

Diane is survived by her husband Jon of Titusville; two daughters, Nichole Kush and husband Gregory of Cranberry, and Celeste Eby and husband Donald of Germantown, WI; grandchildren, Brady Herr and Aurora Kush of Cranberry, and Layla Eby and Piper Eby of Germantown; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Earl and Nancy Bromley of Pleasantville; a sister, Debra Shute and husband William of Fredericksburg, VA; a sister-in-law, Deborah Yashinski of Colorado; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, James Yashinski and Ronald McIntyre; and a nephew, Michael Yashinski.

No public visitation will be held. Family and friends may attend a memorial service at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St. Titusville, PA 16354 on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 6:00 PM.

Diane would appreciate memorial contributions being made to Precious Paws Animal Rescue 3636 PA 257 Seneca, PA 16346 or online at pparfranklin.com
