Loretta M. Caldwell, 88, of Titusville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the Titusville Healthcare and Rehab following a brief illness.
Loretta was born on West Elm St., Titusville, on December 11, 1937, to the late Howard Morris and Beulah F. Magee Armstrong. She married Donald L. Caldwell on May 7, 1983, at Hydetown. He preceded her in death on May 28, 2013.
She attended Titusville Area Schools.
Loretta worked at GTE Sylvania for 28 years until the Titusville plant closed.
She was a member of St. Titus Church.
Loretta enjoyed going to the casino, playing cards, poker, and bingo with her friends.
Loretta is survived by her children, Ronald Hamilton and wife Sheri, Donald Hamilton and wife Mindy both of Titusville, Jennifer Beach and husband Tim of Pleasantville, and James Hamilton and wife Nicole of Titusville; three step-children, Scott Caldwell and wife Gerri of Manchester, PA, Michael Caldwell and wife Tina of Titusville, and Dean Caldwell and wife Chris of Pleasantville; 14 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren; her siblings Margaret Crocker of Pleasantville, and Pauline Howe of Titusville; her half-brother John Morris of Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Zachary Hamilton; her stepfather, Paul Armstrong; her siblings, Carol Shaw and Howard James Morris; her former husband, Glenn Hamilton; and her half-brother, Rexford Morris.
Visitation will be held at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. 303 N. Washington St. Titusville on Wednesday, from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be private to the family.
Interment will be at St. Catharines Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to Hydetown Volunteer Fire Dept. 12638 Main St, Hydetown, PA 16328.
