Diane Marie Dowd, 75, of Poplar Bluff, MO went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 08, 2026 at St. Louis University Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Diane was born on February 5, 1950 to J. L McGarrity and Veda (Hafford) Nagy in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She married Larry Dowd on July 3, 1994, he survives.
Diane worked for Hicks Animal Hospital for nearly 30 years. She loved going to church and reading The Bible. She supported the Christway Ministry, by attending the meetings every Monday night. She was also a member of the Palace of Praise Church. She was a bright light to all that knew her.
Diane is survived by spouse, Larry Dowd, child, Andy, Grandchildren, Tara & Levi, sister, Janet McGarrity, and many nieces and nephews.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Debra "Debbie" Million (Charles).
There will be a celebration of life service Tuesday, January 20,2026, at 6pm at The Palace of Praise Church.
