Diane Hollenbeck Obituary Diane (Beros) Hollenbeck, 76, of Senecaville, passed away Wednesday (December 11, 2024) at her home.
She was born June 10, 1948 in Cleveland, daughter of the late Mike T. Beros and Sue C. (Toth) Beros.
Diane went to grade school in Cleveland until the 5th grade, school in Canton until the 8th grade, and graduated from Guernsey Central Catholic in 1966.
She was a member of Christ Our Light Parish St. Benedict Catholic Church.
Diane worked at NCR, Rolling Hills School District, Creative Ts, Martinelli Pool and Spas, and Colgate Palmolive.
She enjoyed gardening, swimming, crocheting, crafts especially painting. She loved her pets and rescuing pets of all kinds. She dearly cherished having her family and friends around her, helping them when needed.
Diane was a terrific devoted mother of two and wife of many years. If you had a problem and needed to talk, you could count on Diane to call on at any time.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Hollenbeck, who passed away September 29, 2014; and her daughter, Tonya S. Hollenbeck, who passed away June 21, 2006.
Diane is survived by her son, Ernie Hollenbeck of Pittsburgh PA; a brother, Michael Beros of Canton; a sister, Sandra S. Beros of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Caden, Mackenzie, and Collin. Her family includes many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews in the Beros families, the Toth families, the Lasko families, the Hayes families, the Zombeck families, the Novak families, the Clauss families, the Morse families, and the Urdak families.
Visitation will be held Wednesday (December 18, 2024) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville, where funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Evan. Mark Beros officiating.
As an expression of sympathy, the family suggests that memorial contributions in Diane's name may be made to the Guernsey County Dog Shelter, 62824 Bennett Avenue, Cambridge OH 43725.
