Diane M. Meinzer

Silver Creek: Diane M. Meinzer, 59, of Alleghany Road, Silver Creek, passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 24th, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Fontana, CA on July 12, 1964, the daughter of the late Edwin and Arline (Hollmer) Turnbull.
She was a graduate of Lake Shore Central School, Class of 1982. Diane worked at The Home Depot in Dunkirk for over 10 years, currently as Head Cashier and previously worked for New Era in Derby for a few years.
She was involved with the local Cub Scouts, Chautauqua County 4-H, Forestville Music Boosters and Parent Connection. Diane enjoyed being outdoors, working with animals and being with family.
Survivors include her husband David W. Meinzer, Sr. of Silver Creek, whom she married on February 14, 1997, in the Town of Evans, three sons Damien Meinzer, of Silver Creek; David Meinzer, Jr., of South Dayton; Dakota (Amanda Knappenberger) Meinzer, of South Dayton; a daughter, Dominique Meinzer, of Fort Edward, NY; and a sister, Barbara Turnbull-Harris, of Georgia. Also surviving are two grandchildren Mando & Maya Meinzer, one niece & one nephew.
Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Friday evening from 7-9 PM. There will not be a funeral service observed.
The family suggests memorials may be made to Cornell Cooperative Extension, JCC Carnahan Center, 525 Falconer Street, Jamestown, NY 14702.
