Diane Keeton Williams

Tericia Diane Keeton Williams, 80, passed away on December 17, 2025, at her home in Henderson, NC. Diane was born on July 07, 1945, to the late George Edwin and Rosa Mae Woody Keeton. In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by an infant son, Jerry Edward Williams.
Diane is survived by her husband of 61 years, Jerry Frederick Williams; her daughter, Tericia W. Parrish (Scott); her son, Donald R. Williams (Dee); grandson, Travis B. Parrish (Tiffany); granddaughter, Whitley Moreno (Javier); three great-granddaughters, Madilynn Belle Parrish, Emmalynn Wade Parrish, and Mia Julianna Moreno. Also surviving are her brothers, Hartwell Keeton (Bonnie), Donald Gene "Cotton" Keeton (Phyllis); her sister, Patricia Ann Wynn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Diane was a Member of New Life Baptist Church in Henderson. She loved her family and her friends; she was a great caregiver to her husband. Diane was a people person and a social butterfly. She loved the Christmas season and always enjoyed cooking for her family; everyone knew her homemade biscuits. Diane was a classy lady; every Friday she would get her hair and nails done and then go out to eat.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 1:00 until 1:45pm at New Life Baptist Church, 2174 Vicksboro Road, Henderson, NC 27537, where a Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm with the Reverend Joel Beckham officiating. At all other times the family will receive friends at the home of Tericia and Scott Parrish.
