Dianna Sue Simers, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at her residence in Lowell, Ohio. Born on August 3,1953, in East Liverpool, Ohio to John and Margaret Campbell Littleton, Dianna lived a life full of love, laughter, and dedication to her family and community.
Dianna was a proud graduate of Fort Frye High School. She spent many years working as a bartender at Quimby's, where she was known for her warm smile and friendly demeanor. In addition to her work at Quimby's, Dianna also served as a security guard, cashier, and a home health aid showcasing her versatility and strong work ethic. Her commitment to helping others was evident in her service as an EMT with the Beverly Squad, where she provided care and comfort to those in need. She will be remembered for her kindness, her love for her family, and her zest for life. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Dianna had a passion for life that was evident in her many interests. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She enjoyed playing the Oblivion and Skyrim RPG video games, a testament to her adventurous spirit and love for storytelling. Dianna was also an avid cook, known for her delicious recipes that brought family and friends together. She found joy in mowing the grass and listening to the music of George Jones, which filled her home with warmth and nostalgia.
Dianna is survived by her devoted husband, Clyde Simers of Lowell, Ohio whom she married on October 20, 2001, and her loving daughter, Brenda Arnold, along with Brenda's partner, Allen Parks. She also leaves behind her son, Jeffrey Arnold, Jr., and his wife, Shelley. Dianna was a cherished grandmother to Andrew, Jessica, Travis, Ryan, and Lacelle, and a proud great-grandmother to Nevaeh, Lance, and Lariah. She is also survived by her brothers, Rick and Gary (Cathy) Littleton; nephew, Steve Offenberger (Sara); niece, Lori Day (Tony), and many other nieces and nephews.
Dianna was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brothers, Jim and Johnny Littleton, and sister Carol Offenberger.
In accordance with her wishes, Dianna will be honored with a direct cremation and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
