Dianne E. (Boardman) Dion, 78, of Holland, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026 surrounded by her loving husband and children. She was born on December 7, 1947 in Holyoke to the late Norman and Theresa Boardman. An avid lover of animals and plants; Dianne epitomized love, kindness and compassion. To know her was to love her, it was simply impossible not to. Dianne was the best wife and mother you could ask for and will be terribly missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Dianne is survived by her husband of sixty-four years, Ronald Dion, Sr.; their children, Ronald Jr (Kelly); Wanda (Michael) Gary (Ania), Willie and Dennis (April); sisters, Norma, Eva, Jeannette, Ann and Tina as well as fourteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her brother, Norman and sisters, Linda and Elizabeth. Calling hours are on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 61 Grape St. in Chicopee from 5 to 8 pm. Please visit: cierpialmemorialfuneralhomes.com
