Patricia Dianne Fields, age 69, of Belton, SC, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Rainey Hospice House.

Born April 7, 1956, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of Elizabeth Ann Sweet Browning and the late John Browning. She was married to James Thomas "Scaldy" Fields until his death in 2016.

Dianne worked as a sales associate with Home Depot for over 20 years. She loved dogs and never met one she didn't want to pet. A few of her hobbies included gardening and tending to her yard. She was a long-time avid NASCAR fan with her husband and together they traveled all over in their RV attending races. Dianne was a loving mother of 3 daughters and a wonderful grandmother and great grandmother.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Renee Fields-York of Anderson, SC; sister, Barbara Ellison of Belton, SC; grandchildren, Jonathan York (Madisen Cooke) of Charlotte, NC, and Allanah York (Alina Darwin) of Toccoa, GA; and great grandchild, Orion York of Charlotte, NC.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 10:00-11:15 am at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11:30 am in the Chapel with Norman Kirkwood officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rainey Hospice House, 1835 Rogers Rd., Anderson, SC 29621.
