Dianne Levin, age 61 of Waupun, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2026, at her home.
Dianne was born in Milwaukee on April 6th, 1964 the daughter of Edward and Delores (Hajec) Wentland. She graduated from Deerfield High School in 1982 and went on to attend the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she earned her degree in pharmacy in 1989.
On November 3, 1990, she was united in marriage to her husband, Tague Levin at St. Dennis Catholic Church in Madison. She began her pharmacy career at the UW Hospital, later working at several pharmacies in Eau Claire. She then joined the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Pharmacy in Waupun, where she worked as a pharmacist for 29 years before retiring in 2023.
Dianne enjoyed traveling, spending time with her boys, laughing with (and at) her husband, reading, doing puzzles, playing board games, and watching her husband play golf or bowl. She loved being part of Tague’s stories and especially enjoyed reminiscing.

Dianne is survived by her husband of 35 years, Tague Levin; her sons, Zach (fiancée Jessica) Levin and Nick (Eryn) Levin; grandson, August Levin; her mother, Delores Wentland; sister, Suzanne Sager; brother, Fred (Sheena Draper) Wentland; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Skip (Cindy) Levin, Sue (John) Pecotte, Pat (Doug) Matzke, Candice (Mike) Hojan, Cindy (Bob) Roets, and Marijo (Dan) Kessenich; and further survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Wentland; her sisters-in-law, Deb Levin and Pam Mathews; and other relatives.
A memorial gathering for Dianne will take place on Friday, February 13, 2026 at Werner Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at the funeral home at 4:30 p.m, with a memorial gathering starting at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Dianne’s name may be directed to the National MS Society.
