She was a graduate of Waupun High School before graduating Moraine Park Technical College with a degree in Accounting. She worked for Oakbrook Corporation and later invested over 20 years working for the Department of Corrections.
Sheri met Derry in 1974 and they were united in marriage on October 22, 1977 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Waupun. They shared 48 years of marriage, building a life together and raising their two beautiful daughters.
She will be deeply missed by her husband, Derry; her daughters, Jackie (Cory) Zimmerman and Jodi (Nick) Schultz; her grandchildren, Fiona (Brayden) Kok, Alexander Zimmerman, Reece and Rex Schultz; her siblings, Gary (Cindy) Sullivan, Mary Dewitz, Larry (Gail) Sullivan and Teri Schulz; in-laws, Linda Darnick, Dave Darnick, Diane (Walter) Luttenberger, and Doug (Deb) Darnick; special nieces, Roni and Kourtney Schulz, and further survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and close friends.
