Funeral services for Dianne Noble Neugebauer will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Beech Grove Congregational Church with Reverends Brent Noble and William "Bill" Jones officiating. The burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery under the direction of Jeane's Funeral Service. A visitation will be held at Beech Grove Congregational Church on Saturday, August 23rd from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Dianne, 77, of Burr Ferry, LA was born to the late Reverend I.D. and Ella Mae Noble and passed away August 19, 2025. She worked for the school board food service as a cook for many years and for her local store, Tidbits & Tackle, where she was known for her quick wit and ready smile. Dianne loved working outside, playing games, laughing and cutting up with friends, and watching the high school basketball games where she was a regular attending fan. Nothing compared to her dedication to her loved ones. She fiercely loved her family and friends with an extraordinary devotion that knew no bounds or reason. Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, Reverend and Mrs. I.D. Noble; son, JohnJohn Shaffer; and brother, Gary Noble. She is survived by her husband, Carl Neugebauer of Anacoco, LA; daughter, Angie Westmoreland and husband Mike of Anacoco; brother, Kenneth Noble and wife Gail of Anacoco, LA; granddaughters, Tori Schaffer, Payton Chaney, and Lyndsey Schaffer; grandsons, Trevor Schafer and Jarrett Westmoreland; great-granddaughter, Keeley Bailey; step-children, Michael Neugebauer and wife Amy of Springdale, AR, Rocky Neugebauer of Branson, MO, Linda Neugebauer, Tine Neugebauer, and Susan Neugebauer; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Jayce Neugebauer, Dusty Beard, Daylyn Loft, Gary Noble, Ernie Lynn, Elliott Boggs, Ronnie Vincent, and Dillan Lynn. The honorary pallbearers will be Jarrett Westmoreland and Steven Ford.
