Dianne Lynn Smith

Dianne Lynn Smith, lovingly known as Grammy, passed away peacefully, January 13, 2026, in Bryant, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Sadie Garrett. A beloved daughter, sister, cherished wife, loving mother and doting grandmother, to be around her one could feel her energy for life. She will be remembered for her love of work, friends and family. Always busy doing something, whether working or her never-ending projects, everything was a true adventure.

Dianne had a deep love for gardening as evidenced by her having achieved her Master Gardener certification. She enjoyed taking on various projects, always willing to lend her time and was deeply involved in her church.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Jared Smith and wife Jennifer, beloved grandchildren, Matthew and Natalie Smith, and her brothers, Roy, Bobby, Holland, & Jerry Garrett. She was preceded in death a brother, Jimmy Garrett.

A visitation will be held onFriday, January 23, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. at United Funeral Service. Burial will be at Liberty Cemetery. United Funeral Service is honored to be entrusted with these arrangements.
