Dianne Stratton Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Birdsong Cremations on Sep. 24, 2025.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dianne Marie Stratton (née Dicker) on August 9, 2025. Born on August 11, 1958, in Malden, MA, Dianne graced the world with her vibrant spirit and boundless love for her family and friends. She was a beacon of kindness, generosity, and humor, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Dianne truly embodied the essence of joy; her infectious laugh and radiant smile could light up any room. A devoted mother and grandmother, she cherished every moment spent with her daughters Jennifer and Michelle, her grandchildren Jackson and Lilly. Additionally, she left behind a loving family that she adored which includes her brother Frank Dicker and family, as well as her sister Nancy Grinik and family, along with an abundance of cousins, extended family and friends who she loved deeply.

Dianne had a zest for life that inspired those around her. She loved music of all kinds, any and all Boston sports teams and found deep joy in the simple pleasures of spending time with her grandchildren. Her adventurous spirit led her to travel and connect with people from all walks of life, always bringing warmth and understanding wherever she went.

As we celebrate Dianne's life, we invite her friends and family to join us in honoring her memory. A celebration of her life will be held in Knoxville, TN, and Boston, MA, with details to follow. In lieu of flowers, we kindly request donations to be made to Knox Vintage Pet Project, a cause close to the family's heart. Contributions can be made at Knox Vintage Pet Project.

Though she has departed from this world, the love Dianne shared will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and inspiration that will forever illuminate our lives. Rest in peace, sweet Dianne; you will be missed dearly.
