Dickson Eugene Haynes, 65, of Ringgold, Georgia, formerly of Dallas, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026, surrounded by his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Haynes and Dorothy Haynes, and his father-in-law, Wilton Hall.

Dickson is survived by his devoted wife, Patricia Haynes of Ringgold; his children, Amanda (Josh) Lemley of Harrison, Tennessee, Ashley (Josh) Bradford of Ringgold, Georgia, William Andrew Haynes of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Aaron Haynes of Ringgold, Georgia. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Zoë and Madilyn Evans, Baylor Lemley, and Grayson, Killian, and Josie Bradford.

Additional survivors include his sister, Kathryn Sluder of Chickamauga, Georgia; his sister-in-law, Virginia (Jerry) Garrison of Diamondhead, Mississippi; his brother-in-law, John (Sheila) Hall; his brother-in-law, Dewyatt Sluder; and several nieces and nephews.

Dickson was a devoted husband, father, and poppy who deeply loved his family and was immensely proud of each of them. He faithfully served for more than 20 years as the Plant Manager at Southern Precision Spring in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was respected and appreciated by his colleagues and employees.

The family would like to thank Hearth Hospice for their care.

Dickson will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew him.
