Diedre Alice (Brock) Dunham was born June 14, 1951 in Ulysses, Kansas the daughter of James Edward and Mary Charlotte (Robson) Brock. She passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at her home in Enterprise at the age of 74.

Diedre attended the Sterling Elementary and Sterling High School in Sterling, Kansas. Following school she was united in marriage to Darrol Lee Dunham on June 12, 1970 in Sterling.

She was a member of the Abilene United Methodist Church, President of the Women in Faith (UWF), former Girl Scout Leader, American Legion Riders, American Legion Auxiliary, Red Hatters, Hospice Volunteer, and Abilene Area Food and Clothing.

Diedre was a homemaker, seamstress, and a Mary Kay Consultant, and she enjoyed crocheting, sewing/alterations, tole painting rocks, resin work and any other crafts.

On June 12, 1970 Diedre was united in marriage to Darrol L. Dunham in Sterling, Kansas. He survives of the home. Other survivors include her daughters Teresa and her husband Chris Todd of Enterprise, Cheryl Dunham of Enterprise, grandchildren Andrew (Morgan) Todd of Junction City, Stephanie Todd of Brookston, Indiana, Erin Todd of Lafayette, Indiana, Johnathan (Addisyn) Todd of Abilene, Damion Kinsland of Junction City, Treena Dunham of Enterprise, Clara Thomas of Enterprise, great grandchildren Brimleigh Todd, Daniel Todd, Reiyah Todd, Cylis Todd, and nephews Paul and Steven Brock of Wichita. She was preceded in death by her infant son Daniel Ray Dunham, brother Kirk Brock and her parents.

The family has selected cremation. Services will be 11:00 am Friday, September 12, 2025 at the Abilene First United Methodist Church with Reverend Libby Themis, Pastor Lynde Linde, and Amanda Cormack officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 am until service time at the church. Her final resting place will be in the Kansas Veteran Cemetery near Manhattan. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Abilene First United Methodist Church or to the Tammy Walker Cancer Foundation and may be sent in care of the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home, 414 NW 3rd, Abilene, Kansas 67410.
