In Loving Memory of

Dillon Lee Mathews

July 18, 1991 – June 28, 2025

Dillon Lee Mathews, a vibrant soul who filled the world with music, laughter, and boundless energy, was born on July 18, 1991, in the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas. He left us too soon on June 28, 2025, but his light continues to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew him.Dillon was a creator, a dreamer, and an adventurer. His passion for music poured out in the lyrics he wrote, some of which live on through his songs shared on YouTube, where his words touched listeners with their raw emotion and authenticity. Dillon's music was a reflection of his free spirit and deep connection to life. The outdoors called to Dillon like an old friend. He found joy casting a line at the beach or lake, where the rhythm of the water matched the beat of his heart. Skateboarding, biking, or simply soaking in the Texas sun, Dillon embraced every moment under the open sky. His love for electronics was another spark of his curiosity, as he tinkered and fixed gadgets with a skill that seemed almost magical.Above all, Dillon was a friend to many, with a warmth and charisma that drew people in. He thrived in the company of others, sharing stories, laughter, and unforgettable moments. His infectious smile and kind spirit made every gathering brighter, and his friendships were a testament to his open heart.Dillon's memory will be cherished by his family, friends, and all who were lucky enough to know him. He is survived by his mother, Cheryl Mathews; his father, Christian Mathews; his two sons; and his sisters, Jessica and Ashley.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date, giving everyone a chance to come together and honor the joy he brought to the world.Though Dillon is no longer with us, his music, his laughter, and his love for life will echo on. Cast a line, crank up a song, or take a ride in his honor-Dillon would want it that way.
