To Suzanne and the entire Falaschetti family, I offer my deepest condolences for the untimely loss of Dino. I knew Dino as a boss, a mentor, and ultimately, as a friend. Rare qualities found in DC, he was humble, genuine, sincere, and compassionate. He was a steady leader and a serious thinker. He helped to ground and focus a struggling organization he inherited, and the legacy of his impactful leadership lives on to this day. I will miss keeping in touch with him. I hope the wonderful memories you have of Dino will, over time, turn the tears of sadness into smiles and laughter. - James Martin
