Dolly Miller Obituary

Dolly was known by various names. By her family she was called Mom, Mother, Mama Eat, Big Meme, Dolly May, and Dolly Myrtle. Mama Eat being the most loved by her grandchildren due to the fact she was always feeding everyone. Dolly was the matriarch of her family and many friends. Everyone always wanted to visit her even after some were no longer officially in the family anymore. Her love had no boundaries. She was always a prim and proper lady. Never a hair out of place and perfectly ironed clothes. She was a cashier at Mark Twain cafeteria for 38 years.
She was a long time member of Wells Station Baptist Church and Christ United Methodist Church and The Emmaus Community. She was a faithful witness for Jesus Christ.
She is predeceased by her parents, brothers James Maness (Bevelee), Charles Maness and Frank Maness. She leaves behind to cherish her memory sons Larry (Fran), Jerry (Judy). Grandchildren Lori Morris (David), Allison Miller, Justin Miller (Jena) and Misty Massey. She leaves eight great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. Also, her much loved stepdaughter Norma Moreno (deceased) and her precious children.
We want to thank the wonderful caregivers at Ave Maria Home and Crossroads Hospice who made life so much better for Dolly and her family.
The family request any memorials be sent to Ave Maria Home or Crossroads Hospice.
A private celebration of her life will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery.
