Dolores Bable Obituary
Dolores was born on May 13, 1932, in Midway, a daughter of the late James Lawrence and Helen (Hartman) Bable.
Miss Bable retired after working for 20 years at Russell Industries in their accounting department. Dolores was a devout member of Trinity Presbyterian Church – McDonald Presbyterian Church. Dolores had been a member of McDonald Presbyterian since 1954 and she also served as a trustee for six years. Dolores greatly enjoyed crosswords, word search puzzles, and walking around town. You could always find Dolores listening to her favorite jazz music in her free time. Dolores was such a fun person to be around. She always had something to say and it always lead to a good laugh.
Surviving is her brother, James Edward Bable and many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Dolores is preceded in death by her siblings, Barbara (William) Yerkey, Elizabeth (Wilfried) Elliehausen, and George (Jane) Bable.
Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 10 a.m.-Noon at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 314 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald (724-926-2800). A Service will be held in the funeral home following visitation at Noon on Wednesday. Interment will follow at Robinson Run Cemetery.
