Dolores Bryan Obituary

Dolores Jane Bryan, (nee: Costantino), 89, of Amherst, Ohio passed away on May 28,2023 after a short illness. "Dolly" was born in Clairton, PA and moved to Lorain, Ohio where she attended Lorain High School. She worked at Thew Shovel and Amherst Exempted School District as well raising her children. She loved to travel, especially to California and Paris with her husband, going to shows at Playhouse Square, and read many, many books during her lifetime. She was fortunate to travel twice to the mountain town in Calabria, Italy where her father was born, accompanied by a beloved Rome-based cousin, and got to meet many cousins who did not emigrate to the US. Dolores is survived by her daughters Leah (Bryan) Sharkey and Beth Bryan, grandchildren Fran Mastrioanni and Antonia Mastroianni, and brother Frank Costantino. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert Bryan, parents Frank Costantino and Katherine Costantino (nee: Meck), sister Theresa (Costantino) Sanders, and brother Ralph Costantino. A private service will be held at Dovin Reber Jones in Amherst and burial will be with her husband at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain. To send an online condolence, please visit www.dovinreberjones.com.
