Dolores M. Kahut 90, of Campbellsport passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and reunited with her husband Arthur on Tuesday August 5, 2025.
Dolores was born on September 16, 1934 the daughter of the late Leo and Agnes (nee Serwe) Kaehne. On June 28, 1952, she was united in marriage to Arthur Kahut at St. Matthews Catholic Church in Campbellsport. Art preceded Dolores in death on April 9, 1981.
Dolores enjoyed cleaning out hickory nuts, watching the hummingbirds on the feeders outside her window, decorating her home with seasonal themes, having her own little flower area on the patio to watch them grow, enjoying family times spent together and enjoying Tuesday lunch at the table with her son Roger.
Those Dolores left behind to cherish her memory include two sons; Peter (Susie) Kahut, Roger Kahut, two daughters Debbie (Bob) Reese and Sandy (Chuck) Pelischek, all of Campbellsport; four grandchildren Thomas Reese, Tim Reese, Jennifer Reese, Justin Pelischek; great-grandchildren Makayala, Brennen, Trinity, Lily, Zander, Elizabeth, and Zachary.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters and in laws.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday August 8, 2025 at 12PM NOON at St. Matthews Catholic Church (406 E. Main St.) with Rev. Neil Zinthefer Officiating. Visitation will begin from 10 am until the time of Mass. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.
