Domenic Rocco Cimino

Domenic Rocco Cimino, 87, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Yale New Haven Hospital/ St. Raphael Campus with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Carol Ann Blair Cimino. Domenic was born in New Haven on July 29, 1938, and was the son of the late Ralph William Cimino and Mary Rose D'Eugenio Cimino. He served his country faithfully in the US Army from 1957 to 1963. Domenic worked in the custodial/AV Department for the New Haven Board of Education for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed listening to country music, painting, attending car shows, and sharing his stories of serving in the Army with his family and he was very proud to share all of them. Beloved father of Mark Louis Cimino and Donna Marie Giannattasio and her husband Paul. Loving grandfather to Brittaney Lynn Giannattasio, Alyssa Marie Giannattasio, and Justin Paul Giannattasio. Brother of Richard Cimino and his wife Vivian, Robert Cimino and his wife Christine.
The visiting hours will be Monday morning November 10th from 9:00 to 11:00 at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A service will be conducted in the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Interment with full military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
