Dear Michele and family,
I was so very sorry to learn of Dominique's sudden passing. I enjoyed her visits to the Maine State Library and her infectious bubbly spirit. We watched her grow from a small girl to a lovely young woman while she excitedly explored the library and colored at the tables. She radiated good cheer and her brothers watched over her as good brothers do with tolerance and love. Sending you all the deepest sympathy, Jill Sampson (Maine State Library Circ staff)

She was a loving and wonderful child with a bright future. I remember her smile and the love she radiated. Our visits were rare but she always in my heart and prayers. A stuffed rabbit at Easter was gift of love from us to her. She will be missed.

I have known Dominique since 2008 when I became her neighbor. She was always so very kind and always ready to help. She was a frequent visitor, and I will miss our visits. She was so looking forward to her future, and had a very level head, and I know she would have reached her goals. I feel very fortunate that I was part of her life, and I always considered her as a friend. Rest in Peace dear friend until we meet again

As an employee, in the Erskine Academy cafeteria, I saw Dominque almost everyday. She was such a kind , talkative, young lady, so sad to hear of her passing.

Dominique was a very special person. She was thoughtful, full of life and so looking forward to the future. I had the honor of teaching her at UMA and was so proud of her on graduation day. I am so sorry for your loss.

I drove Dominque to a UMA French Club outing to LL Bean. Freeport was decorated for Christmas. She made me smile-not an easy thing.
At the French Club outing at the end of the semester she asked me if I could help prepare for the Maine Guide test as I have been a Registered Maine Guide for 15 years. With her exuberance and interest it would have been a privilege. I guess she was my muse helping to rekindle my love of the outdoors that had been dormant. I will miss her.

I met Dominique at French Club when she was a freshman in Justice Studies. She and I talked about her plans to be a game warden. She was so excited to be starting our Justice Studies program and pursuing her goals. I was happy to see her enrolled in my courses over the years. She radiated thoughtfulness and compassionate, and it was a great pleasure to be her teacher.
