Don Batchler Obituary
Born in Cherokee County, he was the husband of Betty Jo Bell Batchler and the son of the late Alexander Leon Batchler and Lillian Jenkins Batchler. He previously worked as an electrician and was of Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Scott Batchler (Lisa) and Tony Batchler, a daughter, Sandy Self (Greg), a sister, Judy White, three grandchildren: Kristen Batchler, Ashley Cook, and Kesha Harrington, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Bobby and Kenneth Batchler, and a sister, Bernice McSwain.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, at 11:00am at Grover Cemetery with Rev. Barry Miles officiating.
The family will be at their respective homes.
