Don Wayne Dickson, 70, of Eldridge, AL, passed away on September 12, 2025. Born on July 12, 1955, in Eldridge, AL, he was the son of the late Bill and Inez Dickson. Don was preceded in death by his brothers, Ray Dickson and Curtis "Cowbell" Dickson, and his sister, Alice "Tiny" McGough.
He is survived by his son, Jason Dickson (Bridget); daughter, Crystal Jones; grandsons, Courtlan Jones (Sara), Conner Jones (Anna Wells); granddaughter, Gracelynn McCaleb; grandson, Dakoda Dickson (Emma Davaney); granddaughter, Raygan Dickson; three great-grandchildren, Graham, Ollie, and Nolan Jones; and sisters, Ruby Jean Franklin, Maryann Price, Nina Sue Waldon, and Linda Kay Hughes.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Eldridge Independent Methodist Church beginning at 10:00am. Wilson Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Carbon Hill, AL, is assisting the family with arrangements. Don's life and legacy will be cherished by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
