Don DuBard

Donald Cline DuBard, 67, of Greenwood, MS passed away peacefully in his sleep, Monday, July 3, 2023, at his home in Greenwood. Don was a 1976 graduate of Kirk Academy in Grenada, MS. He worked 18 years at Binswanger Glass in Grenada before moving to Greenwood where he worked at Big Lots, retiring in 2022.
Don was known to his many friends as a kind, generous and loving person. He loved laughter, had a wonderful sense of humor and loved sharing funny stories. He was especially interested in automobiles and music and he loved spending time with family and friends. He will be missed.
Don is survived by his mother, Blanche DuBard of the Jefferson Community, and brothers Ron DuBard (Betty) of Greenwood, MS, Bob DuBard (Lorraine) of Grenada, MS and David DuBard (Diana) of Oxford, MS along with many nieces and nephews. Don was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Hart DuBard, of Jefferson, MS in 2007.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, July 10, 2023 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service, Grenada, MS with the Rev. Gary Tanner officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Jefferson, MS. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Monday at McKibben and Guinn.
Memorials may be directed to the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
